As a member of the transport industry, UAB OPUSAUTO feels great responsibility towards the environment and we are proud to be able to say that all our trucks are equipped with the Mercedes-Benz Predictive Powertrain Control (PPC) system. It takes over a big part of the driver’s job by using GPS data and 3D maps to “see” the road ahead and controls the throttle, brake and gearbox in the best way possible for the current road topography.
The system helps drive the truck in the most efficient way, allowing the driver to concentrate more on the traffic conditions, thus improving safety.
